Chef Inspired Recipe

Firecracker Shrimp:

Ingredients:
• 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1/4 cup Firecracker sauce
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
• 1/2 lime, juiced
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Skewers, for grilling

Instructions:
1. Soak the skewers in water for 20-30 minutes to prevent them from burning on the grill.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Firecracker sauce, olive oil, honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
4. Thread the shrimp onto the skewers and rub with olive oil.
5. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly charred. Be sure to brush the sauce mixture on the shrimp while grilling
6. Once finished drizzle remaining sauce over shrimp
7. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped cilantro and lime wedges.
